On March, 2016, NSE  introduce a new type of RGB Trailer-Mounted Variable Speed Limited Sign.  It adopts new type of energy-Saving p10 RGB modules, with the power consumption only at 250Watt.  With solar panel and battery stystm, it will be widely used in such areas with no power supply.
